PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL DSG GEARBOXES WILL REQUIRE PROGRAMMING TO YOUR VEHICLE AS PART OF THE INSTALLATION PROCESS BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN USING THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, PLEASE ENQUIRE PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

Extended warranties are available upon request: 6 months at an additional 10% of purchase price. 12 months at an additional 20% of purchased price. 12 months with labour 25% of purchase price.

For on-car gearboxes please allow an additional day removal time.

  All parts are stamped and removal of the marks will invalidate your warranty.

  We offer a 30 day return on all of our items.

  If you require to return this item for any reason please follow the steps below:

  Please inspect all good before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the couriers refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damage do not sign and contact us immediately.

  In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, we must be notified within 48 hours. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.

  In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error. We must be contact immediately and the part returned to us within 30 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% free will the be charged.
