This came out of an old barber shop. I dont know the exact age or who manufactured the mirror.  Its wall mounted, it swivels,  2 sided, stretches to 22"in.  This is a great mirror,  cleaned up good. As with any used item expect signs of wear and tear. As you can see in photos, underneath the mirror is signs of usage from wear and tear.
