Turn Your HJC Smart Slot Into a Cardo Mount.
This adapter allows Cardo Freecom or Spirit intercom units to mount directly to HJC helmets equipped with the HJC Smart intercom mounting system. It replaces the factory Smart insert and provides a secure mounting point for your Cardo Freecom or Spirit intercom units.
Unlike adhesive pads or clamp-style mounts, this adapter uses the helmet’s built-in mounting location to create a clean, low-profile installation that looks integrated with the helmet.
Each adapter is 3D printed from high-quality ABS plastic — a strong engineering material chosen for its excellent impact resistance, heat tolerance, and UV stability. It is designed to handle real riding conditions and holds up well to vibration, sun exposure, and changing weather.
Installation takes only seconds: remove the factory Smart insert, replace it with the adapter, then attach your Cardo mounting cradle.
