Aluminium carry case containing   mixed lot of flash bulb mounts / holders etc.


I must stress that, the items, that are up for auction have not been used by me  and more importantly the electrical items  have not been tested .    Plus  I have little to no knowledge wrt to flash photography .   

The contents  are clean  likewise the aluminium case is very clean  with very little signs of any wear, knocks or dents.

I guesstimate  these  items are  circa 1980's with a large +/-


My layman's  description

Bulb holders

  • 2 x switched 3pin plug,  clip-on ball mount max 60W ( one switch has been crushed and needs repairing)

  • 2 x switched 3pin plug,  1/4" mount max 60W ( one switch has been crushed and needs repairing)

  • 1 x switched 3pin plug,  1/4"  ball mount max 60W 
The rest
  • 1 x silver and black cloth reflector cone!

  • 1 x silver square cloth  with 4 rods !

  • 2 x 1/4" male / female  rocker mounts with drilled with 9mm dia. hole and screw clamp!

  • 2 x 1/4"male / female  rocker mounts !

  • 1 x 10" long  ~ 1/4"  triple mount  bar !

  • 1 X battery powered  Portaflash   ~ 1/4" mount  ( it worked when tested with batteries which are not supplied because of posting regs !)  
All housed in a aluminium lockable handled carry case with 2 keys

  • External Dimensions (HxWxD): 155mm x 330mm x 460mm

I ALWAYS obtain some kind of: - proof of posting / signature on delivery / confirmation on delivery; both in the UK and Overseas, it does increase the costs but I find it is best for all concerned. And in the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, I will supply a copy of this if it is needed.

Please understand that once I have posted an item, I have no control over when it is delivered and cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses in the postal system. I mainly sell used / vintage tools, by definition they will have the knocks and scrapes  that goes with their age and use .  I am not guaranteeing that they are fit for purpose,  although  many will be .  ie  vintage tools may require tuning, re-setting, sharpening etc. etc. before use.    I try to honestly describe the items as I see them , and please remember I do not  profess to be an expert.  I will never deliberately hide a negative or detrimental aspect of an item that I have on offer.   If I miss anything it will be a genuine mistake.  Please if you spot a mistake or believe me to be incorrect .  Let me know I will correct  ASAP.
