Fairly hard to tell from the photos but these caps could do with some tlc. One is much better than the other to be fair.

They show all the signs of age wear from being stored in a garage for a long time.

The peaks seem very flimsy compared to today's standards.

They are however genuine from the Seoul Olympics & I have struggled to find another style like them.
