I will be 100% honest and say that I don't fully understand what this machine does, but we have bench tested the unit and it powers up, appears to cycle through its programs, heat up etc etc ......from a lay-persons perspective it appears to be in good working order, with both the block and lid heating in accordance with the screen readouts. 

This machine has been fully inspected. The flex is in good order with no cuts or abrasions, the casings are not cracked or malformed. There are a few minor scratches on the body of the machine which are indicative of normal use / wear and tear. 

The machine has been test-ran on a very sensitive domestic supply and found to be stable. 

To ensure this machine has withstood the vigours of delivery / transportation, it should be PAT tested upon receipt prior to entering commercial service, and then added to your schedule of regular PAT testing to ensure it remains suitable for continued use.
