Vintage gold-tone fishing trophy topper depicting a detailed fish—possibly a salmon or trout—leaping from stylized waves. The oval base is decorated with raised laurel leaves and has a projecting mounting post underneath.

The molded construction, visible center seam, gold finish, and underside mounting post indicate that this was likely originally attached to a fishing trophy or award base. The original trophy base and mounting hardware are not included. The exact thread size and compatibility are unknown.

No maker’s name or identifying mark was found.

Measures approximately 3.5” tall excluding the mounting post and approximately 4” overall. The base measures approximately 1.75” across.

Condition:

Pre-owned vintage condition with considerable finish and surface wear. There are scattered scratches, scuffs, dark marks, discoloration, nicks, chips, and areas of loss to the gold-tone finish. The fins, wave details, edges, and ornamental base have rough and worn areas with possible small losses. The projecting mounting post remains attached but has additional wear. No original trophy base or mounting hardware is included.
