From a recent discovery in an attic of the stock of old stamps, which have laid undisturbed for over 100 years belonging to the Quinet Family of BELGIUM

The collection of Madame Alex Quinet, Wife of Alexandre (Alex) Quinet who was a prominent Belgian administrator who served as the Inspector General of Customs & Posts in this country and worked alongside Camille Molitor, the Director General of Posts to completely overhaul the Customs & postal services of this country. (The Belgium Mission) as it was called.
