DESCRIPTION

Collection of 16 antique aqua and blue-green embossed glass patent-medicine, pharmacy and cure bottles. This is not an ordinary assortment of unmarked bottles. The collection includes at least 10 identified embossed medicine bottles, several with desirable company, product and location markings.

The bottles range from approximately 3 to 9 inches tall. A ruler is shown in the photographs for scale.

The largest bottle in the collection, measuring approximately 9 inches tall. This bottle has substantial damage around the mouth or lip, clearly shown in the photographs.

CONDITION

These bottles are being offered in authentic, as-found condition and have not been thoroughly cleaned. Expect dirt, interior residue, mineral deposits, staining, cloudiness, scratches, bubbles, manufacturing irregularities and general age-related wear.

The large Scott’s Emulsion bottle has substantial damage around the mouth or lip. Other bottles may have small chips, flakes, flea bites, scratches or rough areas. No corks or stoppers are included.
