I believe there are no missing parts.
As for the figures, only Krusty Krab Manager is not included, and I have added the Patrick, Sandy Cheeks, and Mrs. Puff keychain figures that were sold at the time.
The SpongeBob figure's leg parts appear to be warped, making it difficult to securely attach the figure to the base.
Most of the stickers intended to be applied to the parts are missing.
