Installation Notes:
Disconnect the negative battery terminal before installation.
Route the wiring harness through the interior of the right handlebar.
Insert the six terminals into the main connector *after* routing the wires.
Install strictly according to pin positions 1-6 to avoid reversing the two circuit groups.
Do not pull, sharply bend (kink), or pinch the wiring harness.
Prevent the terminals from being scratched by the edges of the handlebar holes.
Check circuit continuity after installation.
Ensure the harness is not pulled taut when the handlebars are turned fully to the left or right.
The throttle must return smoothly and automatically after being released.
Perform the electronic throttle learning or calibration procedure after clearing fault codes; refer to the specific vehicle service manual or sensor supplier instructions for the exact procedure.
As this component involves safety control systems, professional installation by an experienced motorcycle technician is recommended.
