You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or has.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration electronically on our website (www.qf-foto.de). If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. To meet the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Many devices come with batteries or accumulators. In connection with the sale of these batteries or accumulators, we as dealers are obliged in accordance with the Battery Ordinance to point out the following to our customers:
Since batteries should be disposed of in household waste, If the Battery Ordinance is expressly prohibited, please dispose of used batteries - as required by law - at a municipal collection point or hand them in at your local store free of charge. Batteries received from us can be returned to us free of charge after use or sent back to us by post with sufficient postage.
Batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out garbage can. Below the garbage can symbol is the chemical name of the pollutant, e.g. "Cd" for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, "Hg" for mercury. You can also find these instructions in the documents accompanying the goods shipment or in the manufacturer's operating instructions.
According to the Packaging Ordinance, we are obliged to take back, free of charge, sales packaging that is not marked with a symbol of a comprehensive disposal system (the “green dot”). You can therefore send this packaging to us at our expense. We would like to ask you to contact us in advance if you would like to send packaging to us. We will then send you a Freeway parcel stamp for delivery. Your legal rights are not affected by this request. Please see the provider identification for the return address.
