Warren "Potsie" Weber Replacement Piece for the 1976 Happy Days Play Set from the Toy Factory.  Piece is a punch out made from thick 1/16" cardboard & stands approx 4 1/4" tall.  Piece has heavy damage at the bottom by feet with heavy bends & looks like bite marks.  There is another bend at the head, more visible on the backside.  The is discoloration on the front &  back due to age & storage.  Please see photos.  Please note - listing is for cardboard Potsie punch out ONLY, neither stand nor box included.
