We produce it by fusing the logo into a dense Oxford fabric 230 g/m² under high pressure and a temperature of 185°C. Thanks to this, the chevron has a neat appearance, holds its shape well and is resistant to wear.

We use professional Velcro, and the chevron itself is overlocked along the contour for strength and a neat look.
