A classic Prince Edward Island stamp: the QV 2 p rose stamp of the 1862-65 issue, Scott 5.  Please see both scans. Brilliant rose color and gum. F-VF mint very lightly hinged. The stamp has a very tiny line suggestive of a slight gum disturbance rather than a hinge mark. Very possibly MNH.

   The seller is a member of the American Philatelic Society and the Society of Indochina Philatelists, and has been a stamp collector, himself, for many years.
