Serenata Traditional Rosè Wine DRY & DEEP is a blend of the best grapes from Puglia, Italy. With 11.5% alcohol content, it falls into the category of young, fresh rosè that are easy to drink. Keeping the sunny character and the typical South Italian bouquet, it comes across as lighter and smoother compared to classic full-bodied wines from Puglia.
The Traditional fermentation is made with maceration on the skins for three days. Color: Bright, cherry pink. Smell: The bouquet is distinctly fragrant and youthful. Clear notes of fresh red berries (raspberry, wild strawberry, morello cherry) stand out, along with citrus hints of pink grapefruit and floral nuances that remind you of dog rose and wildflowers.
Palate: On the sip, the wines reveal themselves as crisp, dry, and easy-drinking. The pronounced acidic backbone blends with a pleasant salty minerality from the limestone soils and the nearby sea.
