SHIPPING

Items are inspected and documented prior to shipment. Packaging, serial numbers, identifying marks, model numbers, and item condition may be recorded for fraud prevention purposes.

Any shipping damage must be reported promptly upon delivery and may require supporting photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
