Key Features

The Ibanez SR4 Electric Bass features a 3-piece Maple neck known for its hardness, high strength, and rich attack and sustain. The neck provides excellent tonal response and durability. The fingerboard is crafted from Purpleheart, a very dense and stable hardwood with prominent mid-range characteristics similar to rosewood, offering a bright and articulate sound. The body is made from Okoume wood, delivering a bright, solid tone with mid-range qualities akin to mahogany.

Equipped with Ibanez's Dynamix J pickups, this bass produces a powerful, focused sound with rich mid-low frequencies and a warm, rounded tone. The active Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ allows for versatile sound shaping, with an EQ bypass switch enabling passive tone control, ensuring playability even with a dead battery.

The B10 bridge is designed for easy intonation adjustments via a rear screw, with individual string height adjustments using two thumb screws for precise setup. The instrument features 24 medium frets with white dot inlays on a Purpleheart fretboard, and a string spacing of 19mm.

The hardware is finished in Cosmo Black, and the package includes a genuine soft case and official warranty. The instrument is carefully inspected and adjusted before shipping, with options for fine-tuning to your preferences.
