The current string height is approximately 2.8mm at the 4th string 12th fret and 2.5mm at the 1st string 12th fret. Please note that the neck has a slight back bow, and the truss rod is nearly fully tightened, limiting further adjustments. The fret remaining is approximately 70%, with no significant scratches or dents on the body or neck, and electronics are in good condition.
