Return Policy

We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being sent back.

Please note the following:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• For change of mind returns:
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancelling an order in transit will be treated as a change of mind return.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

• All the items are shipped from our AU based Warehouse located in Melbourne.
• We select the appropriate courier for fast and efficient delivery depending on the destination.
• To avoid late delivery or cancelation, please ensure all the information provided are correct including delivery address before making payment.
• We post all weekdays except on Public holidays. Each order will be handled and dispatched within 1 business day after receiving payment. (Please note that our cut off time is 8:30AM, so that if you purchase on Friday 8:31AM, your order will be processed following Monday).
• Tracking number will be updated after dispatch and you will be notified. Generally, delivery can be expected within 2-6 business days. However, it may take longer depending on the location.
• Please be advised that we cannot prevent any damages or delay during delivery. We may assist you to contact the courier company in relation to any missing parcel or late delivery queries. In case you receive any defective items, please feel free to contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund on your convenience upon verification.
