who worked to approve and publish Hank Williams' photo on a U.S. postage
stamp. Over 130 photos of Hank Williams; some published for
the first time. Displays letters of support from 10 U.S. Congressman, 9
U.S. Senators, 27 Mayors, and 21 Governors, including Arkansas' governor
Bill Clinton. Includes: the letter from the Citizens Stamp Advisory
Committee in Washington, DC which recognizes that the Hank Williams
stamp received more support than the Elvis Presley stamp. a photo and
article on Don Howard Surface, the Bluefield, WV, relief driver hired to
drive Hank Williams on the night of his death, January 1, 1953.
