🚚 Packaging & Shipping

• Ships directly from JAPAN.
• Carriers: FedEx / DHL / Japan Post (with tracking number).
• Packaging Note: Acrylic stands are fragile. We wrap each item carefully with protective bubble wrap and cardboard reinforcements to prevent bending or cracking during transit.
• We only ship to the address registered with eBay/PayPal.
• Estimated delivery: 4–7 days to Asia & USA, 5–10 days to Europe.
• Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or local postal strikes.
• We do not ship to APO/FPO/MPO (military) addresses in the U.S.

↩️ Returns & Damage Claims

We offer a 30-day return policy on our items.

If you are not satisfied, please return the item in the exact same condition as received. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

In Case of Damage in Transit: If your acrylic stand arrives damaged or cracked, please take photos of both the outer packaging box and the damaged item immediately, and contact us via eBay messages before opening a request. We will assist you promptly.

Customs duties, insurance, and handling fees are non-refundable.
