This Athearn HO DOW Chemical Tank Car Kit is a great addition to any railroad collection. The unassembled kit comes with a sealed parts envelope. Car is painted in blue with dark blue lettering embossed in yellow diamond logo. Made from plastic, this 1:87 scale tank car is perfect for the model railroader and young train crew.  The corporate road name is DOW CHEMICAL. This vintage End of Era  tank car kit is from the 2000s.  Car is missing 2 manway pins that have no effect on the car appearance
