PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a war navy / military navy cap (Regia Marina). It is an authentic, high-end officer's cap from the Royal Italian Merchant Navy (Marina Mercantile Regia) during the House of Savoy period.

- Cap Badge (Fregio): Stunning, heavy handmade gold bullion wire embroidery featuring a fouled anchor surmounted by the Royal Crown of Savoy.
- Maker & Origin: The interior features the original, luxury silk lining label "Berven - Esclusiva Giovanni Bampa, Venezia". This elite tailor shop famously supplied custom-made luxury uniforms and headgear for captains and high-ranking officers stationed in Venice.
- Key Details: Original brass buttons with embossed anchors on the sides, gold chin strap/braid, and a solid leather sweatband inside. Under the visor, the distinctive green textured leather lining is intact.
