This completely restored Digby (GBD) "Conquest" sitter #9573 is, to me, interesting. GBD made Conquest pipes just like this and since Digby is basically lower level GBD's, it just almost doesn't make sense because I can't find any "defect" on it. Anyway, the stummel was completely refinished and cleaned inside with alcohol. The stem was soaked in Lbepen solution then sanded it thru the grits and waxed. It's a solid sitter too which is handy. I'm donating 10% of this pipe sale to the American National Red Cross ❌️!
