Ex-Demo are generally in far better condition than refurbished.  There will be some marks and signs of use.  They have been fully descaled.  Shipped with accessories mentioned below and with a full two year warranty.  They are not brand new and have been priced to represent incredible value for money.

Refurbished will be in a good to used condition, some with dents, scratches and more severe marks.  Shipped with essential accessories only and will come with a shorter warranty if any at all.
