Three lovely fossil sharks teeth of Otodus obliquus from the Palaeocene/Eocene phosphate mines of Morocco. An extinct Mackerel Shark, they were one of the top predators about 50 million years ago.
These are excellent specimens in superb condition, though all three have been repaired.
The three teeth you see in the photographs are the three teeth you will receive.
Excellent for comparing with specimens of the same species such as occur in the London Clay at Sheppey.
The teeth measure approximately 2.5cm. (Scale cube is 1cm)
