• How to use the soil moisture sensor ？

  Insert the sensor into the soil,ensuring the soil level is at least up to the Minimum Depth Line for accurate measurement.Create automation or manually water the plant when soil moisture drops below a set value,based on your plant and soil conditions

• Why are the data from the Soil Temperature and Humidity Sensor different from regular temperature and humidity meter?

  This is because the measurement methods are different. The Soil Temperature and Humidity Sensor only detects soil surface temperatures for reference purposes only.

• Does it compatible with Alexa Echo devices?

  Yes, it can compatible with Echo devices. Please update the device to the latest version and re-pair it to use.

• Why is the soil moisture and temperature sensor occasionally offline?

  If your soil sensor is located far from the hub, it may go offline. Consider adding some Zigbee repeater to enhance the Zigbee range, like Zigbee smart plugs, Zigbee smart bulbs, etc.
