It operates simply by connecting to a power source, making it easy and convenient to use.
The NH7-1.1KW has a maximum output power of 1.1KW, capable of heating metal materials to over 700~800°C in a short time.
No water cooling is required, resulting in lower electricity costs. It comes with a stand for convenient placement during heating.
Compared to traditional open flame heating or LPG flame heating used in auto repair shops,
it is a better and safer method for heating metal materials.

Working Principle: When high-frequency alternating current passes through a specially designed induction coil,
it generates a rapidly changing, high-intensity magnetic field. When a metal workpiece is placed within this magnetic field,
closed-loop eddy currents are immediately induced within the metal. Heat is generated by the metal's own resistance,
providing rapid and uniform heating from the inside out.

The NH7-1.1KW pistol-style portable induction heater provides high-performance electromagnetic induction heating,
specifically designed for small automotive and industrial components, as well as various metal parts.

This equipment is specifically designed
for high-performance loosening of rusted automotive bolts, nuts, gears, pulleys, blocks, bearings, sensors, and similar components.

However, when using the NH7-1.1KW induction heater (Figures [3][4]),
the nuts are heated evenly, quickly reaching the conditions required for loosening and disassembly.
Since no open flame is produced, the process is very safe.

The larger the object being heated, the lower the temperature; the smaller the object,
the higher the temperature.

Pre-purchase Notes:

1. Do not heat continuously for extended periods. Only heat for 3-6 minutes at a time, with intermittent breaks.
The machine has overheat protection.

2. When installing the heating coil, ensure it is tightly tightened and positioned at the bottom.
Then tighten the bolts on both sides and test pull to check for looseness. Loose coils may cause the machine to overheat and burn out.

3. Do not heat copper/aluminum/other alloys. Only heat steel and iron.

4. Use the correct wattage.

5. Only heat materials with a maximum diameter of 60mm or a thickness of 1cm or less. For bearings,
the maximum diameter is generally 5-6cm. The power is 1100W. Only heat the outer diameter; do not heat the inner diameter.

6. This machine continuously heats at high temperatures. Avoid back-and-forth friction during heating to prevent short circuits.
Minimize back-and-forth friction. If the coil turns red, stop heating immediately.

7. If you need to use coiled wire, you can choose our 600mm hard wire and 1000mm soft wire.
Both sizes are flexible and can be bent freely. Other sizes cannot be coiled.
The coil is a consumable item. During the heating process, the higher the temperature,
the faster the surface insulation sleeve will break.
Generally, it can be expected that the insulation sleeve will break after about seven or eight uses
(this number is for reference only, depending on actual heating conditions).

8. The coil is a consumable. The coil needs to be replaced when it is about 30-40% damaged.
Too much damage will cause the machine to burn out.
