Mint. MNH. No flaws. From a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

These Bright Eyes self-adhesive 32¢ stamps were issued by the U.S. Postal Service on August 20, 1998 in Boston, MA. The artist for these cartoon-like airbrush stamp images was Bill Mayer of Decatur, GA.

Five of the most popular pets were chosen to be featured on these stamps: a dog, fish, cat, parakeet, and hamster.
