You will be buying a Vintage Parker (c1983) Parker 75 Place Vendôme Gold Plated Perlé Ballpoint Pen

French Made, Unfortunately there is a rather large dent in the cap as shown as a result this does effect the mechanism, You really have to hold both the cap and the barrel and press the mechanism to dispense the refill, Its fully working but very stiff to operate, A new black refill is fitted.

There is NO case with this pen.
