• • All lenses focus at least to infinity, some focus slightly beyond. So if your lens isn't sharp when the focus ring is set to the infinity mark, it's because of how it works back focus (FFD) and that we have to compensate for the different tolerances in all lenses of this type that have been manufactured over the years. Visual focusing via the viewfinder or camera display is the best method to ensure proper focus. Not the distance markers as these may not match correctly.
• • This is a manual adapter, so lens functions that rely on electronic communication with the camera body (autofocus, AE metering, image stabilization, etc.) are interrupted.
• • Some cameras need to be set up in a certain way to work with our adapters. Otherwise, you may receive a message such as “Error: Lens not attached – check lens.”

• Because manual lens adapters do not provide power to the lens, these lenses cannot focus.
• • Set your exposure manually or meter it using your camera's aperture priority (stopping down) mode.
• • If your lens does not have a manual aperture control ring, the lens aperture will reset to its default position, which will either be stopped down to its maximum aperture stop or opened to its smallest aperture stop, depending on the lens.
