This is the ultra rare Hasbro/Kenner Star Wars Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace The Vintage Collection Jar Jar Binks in Carbonite sealed action figure that was only available from the San Diego Comic Con International 2012 as an exclusive figure inside the 'Lost Line' six figure set only available at that particular venue.
The unpunched card is in very good condition with minor corner card marks from removal of the lost line set and has been placed in a protective Ultimate Guard blister case to maintain it's integrity.
