956D Acoustic Camera with 64 MEMS Microphones – Precision Gas Leak & Partial Discharge Detection
This professional acoustic imaging device combines a 64-channel MEMS microphone array with a 12-megapixel visible camera into a powerful industrial tool. The frequency range of 2 kHz to 100 kHz captures both audible and ultrasonic signals. The positioning accuracy is ≤ 1 cm at 1 m distance (40 kHz) – ideal for precisely locating gas leaks, compressed air losses, and partial discharges (corona).
The device automatically calculates the leak rate (units: L/min, ml/s, ml/min) and the resulting financial losses. Parameters such as gas price, working hours, and correction factors are individually adjustable, allowing you to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of your systems directly on site.
In addition to real-time imaging, the device offers integrated spectral analysis (spectrogram) and enables analysis report generation directly on the device. Reports can be exported as PDFs and transferred via Bluetooth, USB, or FTP – perfect for quick on-site documentation.
The 3.5-inch LCD display (640 × 480 pixels) provides a clear real-time preview at ≥ 25 FPS. Choose from 3 color palettes (Rainbow, Iron Red, White Hot) and 3 imaging modes (Single Source, Multi Source, Acoustic Holography). The imaging area is selectable between full screen or centered focus – for optimal adaptation to different measurement environments.
The handy housing (243 × 98 × 64 mm, 550 g) is powered by a removable 5000 mAh Li-ion battery (3.7 V). Data transfer is conveniently handled via Wi-Fi (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, or USB-C. The integrated TF card slot supports cards up to 512 GB. Includes hard case – ready to use immediately.
