Packaging system:
All orders will be carefully packaged to ensure you receive the item in immaculate condition. All brand new items will be bubble wrapped and packed in a specially selected strong double wall cardboard box.
The appropriate amount of paper infill and packing bubbles will be used to secure the item in the shipping box.
Atleast one fragile label will be used to ensure the parcel is handled with care.
Box condition:
Although all items are stored in stock cabinets, occasionally an item may have a little shelf wear or box damage. If any item has significant box damage that isn't photographed in the listing photos I'll inform you before I dispatch the item and present you with the option to cancel the order.
Returns:
I also offer free domestic returns for all brand new and sealed items. In order to qualify for a full refund the item will need to be returned in the same brand new and sealed condition it was originally sold in.
Simply Delivery, lost and missing parcels:
Due to eBay's simple delivery system they are now responsible for all postage related issues. This includes delayed parcels and refunds for lost items. I will still be able to assist you by contacting Royal Mail regarding delayed parcels. In the unlikely event of a parcel getting lost I'm also happy to advise you on claiming a refund from eBay for lost items (covered by eBay's money back guarentee).
