This carb has a steel bracket welded over the original linkage for fitment on a vintage Jeep.  It can be cut off if desired.

A clone of the Weber 32/36, The Holley R6654 is a vintage two-barrel carburetor based on the Holley-Weber Model 5200 design, built for 1974 Ford 4-cylinder 2.0L engines. This carb was also used with different linkage on select Chevrolet, Dodge, Datsun, and Jeep models of that era.

This particular unit was rebuilt, partially modified with the added bracket and never installed.
