This recipe leaflet was issued by the British Growers Publicity Council in, I think, 1938.  It is titled "English Tomatoes Through the Courses" and has recipes by Ambrose Heath - reference is made on the rear panel to a book by Ambrose Heath that was first published in 1938 and it came with other leaflets dated to that year.    The item measures 16.5cm x 20.5cm when folded and opens out to double the width.  Interesting item for a cookery collection.

The item is in a very good minus condition.  The item has been folded in half horizontally in the past but will be sent flat.  General edge, fold ends and corner rubs, light bends and very small, light creases at corners, light rubbing, browning and light brown spotting along spine, light rubbing along fold, some general very light browning to leaflet - a little darker along front edge of front panel, some light brown marks and some very small and tiny marks to leaflet inside and out, light bends and tiny creases at spine ends, some small, light bends at front edges, some small, light creases across spine, small brown mark at front edge of front panel, the odd tiny bump to edges.  Please check scans carefully as they help with condition too.

Note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote.
