A beautiful pair of vintage Edinburgh & Leith cut crystal champagne saucer glasses, both bearing the E&L maker's mark to the base.

Edinburgh & Leith was the earlier name associated with the company later known as Edinburgh Crystal, making these lovely examples of earlier Scottish crystal production.

Both glasses feature broad champagne saucer / coupe bowls with extensive traditional cut decoration, including sweeping mitre cuts, diamond-cut panels and decorative cutting around the upper bowl.

Please note that these are closely matched rather than an originally matching pair. There are subtle differences in the cutting pattern, bowl proportions and stem form, as shown clearly in the photographs. Both are genuine E&L-marked examples and display beautifully together.

- Bowl diameter: approximately 10–10.5 cm

Condition: Very good vintage condition with light signs of age and previous use. No obvious chips or cracks noted. There may be minor surface marks consistent with vintage crystal. Please study the photographs carefully, particularly the close-ups showing the individual glasses and their E&L marks.

A lovely pair for a collector of Scottish crystal, vintage champagne glassware or for use as characterful cocktail coupes.
