Warranty claims are reviewed within 3 business days. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may repair or replace the item, offer an alternative with price adjustment, or issue a refund.

Jewelry items (rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces and pendants) are personal-use products. Under applicable Ukrainian legislation, jewelry items of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or is not delivered, we will review the case and offer an appropriate solution. All shipments are automatically insured.
