2003 Ltd edition VW T4 Transporter panel van 2.5 TDI ACV engine nippy ,Mapped chipped
Van insurance valued at / street value is currently £7000 upwards, & with what has been spent on extras, like buying the proper custom vw special edition rocknroll leather tailor covered double bed/3 seater and matching VW leather front seats (£2000 with receipts ).
It was originally an 88 bhp VW transporter, then it was chipped and mapped and so it's 130bhp. So it has lots of power and is a nippy / quick van/ fast pull away work horse.
It's Only done 133,393 miles as of august 10th 2026.
Full new MOT , done recently August 6th 2026.
It's a fabulous van that lots of people stop and wave and say what a cool looking van it is, in pastal orange & light purple trims bumpers and alloy purple wheels.
The double fold out rocknroll VW leather bed , also has two VW front leather matching grey and purple leather seats ( all in very good condition ).
These currently have winter fluffy wooly seat covers on them / protects the leather ( as shown in photos ).
It's an incredibly nippy / fast and has never been pushed hard , just used monthly for camping trips in the UK and services and had a recent oil change and service and new tyres and new brakes and lots more.
The underneath and bodywork is extremely tidy with very little surface rust anywhere/ very light amount.
The paintwork is good in most places but does have some surfaces scratches on the outside & small surface dents on the inside of the rear doors & a surface scratch on the side window, as shown in photos. Superficial stuff that could be fixed.
I have two brand new large VW purple printed decals to replace the one currently shown on the side of the van, if needed.
The rear bumper has a small area of paint damage on the surface , which can easily be filled and restored.
The wheels are performance alloys by Audi motors. They are a little bit scuffed up on the edges of the front alloys, from kerbs , but the rear wheels look unscathed.
The bed / bench seat cost £2000 & is still in near new condition . It's a rocknroll double fold down bed / 3 seater with leather VW logos stitched in and purple trim.
I only use this camper / van , once or twice weekly to travel 30/40 miles to see family.
These particular vans engines have been seen to keep on going for atleast 400,000+ miles.

Mapped engine so very nippy and does 35-40 miles per gallon on long runs and 30 miles per gallon around town.
It's cool looking purple bumpers and trim and purple roof all originally professionally spray painted/dipped professionally.
The wheels are made by Audi ( very nice )
The outer body work is dent free and rust free and pretty much rust free underneath the van.
It's in very good condition and the engine has not been pushed.
The body work has some light scratches around it , but could easily be fixed / touched up.
I have the can/s same colour paint if needed & where to buy it online fur only £15 pro vehicle paint.
It has a leisure battery and internal usb sockets in side panel in rear if van.
It has two barn doors that fully open outwards to the side , very handy.
It has a front camera & large display screen in the front of the van , powered by USB
Also has a reversing camera, that is new in box ready to easy install to rear light.
The electrics and lights and everything works great on this van.
Fairly new tyres with atleast a year or two of tread left on them.
5 seatbelts total / 5 seats available in the van.

I've a few more quality extras , ie, new VW blackout screen cover & new unused side awning tent , 2 x winter thick wooly seat covers . Among other cool van stuff to give in with this sale of a retro one off VW camper van 😊

It's done very few miles & serviced regularly & isn't old looking , as it's been dry stored in a warehouse for years before I bought it 3 years ago & the engine and mechanics have been very well looked after.
It's a strong van workhorse of an engine & the van looks great inside and out . It's got The best of the best of VW engines for this van.
