Upon a brief check of the unit in its current condition, the power turns on without any issues, and both reception and transmission are possible. The main tuning dial also appears to have no slipping issues at this time.

No adjustments or recalibration have been performed, so please assume that there may be some age-related drift or deviation.

Cosmetic deterioration due to age, including some surface rust, is present. Although the nameplate is marked “FT-736X,” there are no 50 MHz or 1.2 GHz band units, keyer units, or other optional units installed. Therefore, it appears to have specifications equivalent to the standard FT-736.

No further detailed inspection has been conducted, so there may be other missing parts or undiscovered issues. Therefore, this item is being sold as junk/as-is. Please understand and accept this condition before purchasing.

No accessories are included. The transceiver unit only.

We will ship your order via Japan Post, Orange Connex Economy, or eBay SpeedPAK (via FedEx), depending on the destination and package size. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. Please update your shipping address on your eBay account first, and then place your order.

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed. We will always do our best to pack your order to prevent damage from shipping.

⚠️ Customs & Import Duties

  Due to the elimination of the De Minimis exemption for U.S.-bound shipments (effective August 29, 2025), 

  we will only offer shipping    via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for orders shipped to the United States.

  DDP means that all duties and taxes are paid in advance by the sender.

For Customers Outside the United States:
