Traditionally broken by hand into several parts before cooking, they have a smooth and thick tube that is filled with the tasty slow-cooked meat sauce. The mixture of pure durum wheat semolina maintains a firm and elastic body which enhances the richness of the seasoning. Packaged in classic eco-friendly kraft paper packaging.
