This titanium overdenture abutment is designed for use with the ZEST LOCATOR® Classic Attachment System and is compatible with selected Hiossen ET / Osstem TS implant platforms.

It is suitable for removable or fixed implant-supported overdenture applications and provides a low-profile attachment design with angle compensation.

🛠️ Locator® Core Tool

The Locator Core Tool combines three functions in one tool:

① REMOVAL 🔧

The pointed removal tip grips the male retention insert inside the denture cap and allows the insert to be removed.

② INSERTION 🔩

The seating portion is used to position and insert a new male retention insert into the denture cap.

③ SCREWING ⚙️

The driver portion can be used to carry and position the abutment and assist with hand placement.

📋 How to Use the Core Tool

Step 1️⃣

Loosen the removal end of the Core Tool until a visible gap appears between the removal and seating sections.

Step 2️⃣

Insert the removal tip into the denture assembly and push straight into the male insert.

Step 3️⃣

Tilt the tool so the sharp edge grips the male insert, then pull it out of the denture cap.

Step 4️⃣

Point the tool downward and tighten the removal section clockwise to disengage the removed male insert.

Step 5️⃣

Separate the removal section and use the seating tool to place the new male insert into the empty denture cap.
