Policies and Procedures

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Returns

Items must be returned for any Refunds.

All items are sold as is. Returns are accepted only if the item does not match the listing description. To be eligible for a refund the complete item must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the same condition it was received. If the item is not returned in its original condition we may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee. The buyer pays return postage when the item was purchased in error or if the buyer decides they do not want the item (when there is no seller error).
