After taking pictures of CHUCKY, He quickly secured back into a Sealed Container, chained up that container, dug an 8-foot hole in the basement behind the Bin, had that hole professionally cemented and armored with a Doubled Blast Steel Door Entrance that needs a code and a fingerprint to open and with a safety catch lever that could burn everything all at once if there was indeed a Horror related emergency, and then put CHUCKY in there.
