Item is used outside of its original packaging. Item has been tested to power on and connects to Wi-Fi but has not been tested past this point. Portal has also been updated to latest available version. The monitor screen has a broken piece in the corner and that edge is pulled slightly away from the frame. There are some scuff on the metal frame of the monitor and on the body of the unit. The camera cover is missing but still powers on and off. There are a couple of cracks in the plastic on the bottom of the unit. 3-Pin AC power cord is NOT included. Photos reflect the condition of the product and package contents.
