Each ml contains:
Sodium Hyaluronate BP 1.8 mg
Preservative: Sodium Perborate BP
Sterile aqueous buffered vehicle q.s.

Product Details:

• Form: Eye Drops for ophthalmic use
• NOT FOR INJECTION - FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY - FOR OPHTHALMIC USE ONLY
• Storage: Store in a dry and dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 degree C.

Direction for use:

1. Tighten the cap on the nozzle as shown.
2. The scale in the cap will pierce the tip of the vial.
3. Dispense drops with gentle pressure.
4. Replace the cap after every use.
   Dosage: As directed by the Physician.

Warnings:

1. If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the Physician.
2. Do not touch the nozzle tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
3. Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
