Vintage fitted wooden microscope carrying/storage cabinet believed to have been made for a Bausch & Lomb laboratory/medical microscope.
Includes two empty Bausch & Lomb objective cases:

No microscope and no objective lenses are included.
The cabinet features a fitted metal retaining bracket at the bottom, interior wooden retaining/support blocks, accessory storage area, hinged wooden door, lock hardware and carrying handle.
The exact Bausch & Lomb microscope model originally supplied with this cabinet has not been confirmed. Based on the cabinet construction and period Bausch & Lomb accessories, it appears consistent with a mid-20th-century laboratory/medical microscope case.

A microscope may fit within the overall dimensions but still not fit the internal metal bracket or wooden supports. Key is included and remains attached to the cabinet by its cord. Please note the cabinet has a vertical crack/separation in the wood along one side near the upper rear corner. The crack is clearly photographed and the cabinet is being sold in its present condition.
