1943 No Mint Mark Wheat Penny Steel Circulated. There is no mint mark under the date but I do see a small C in the smudge mark on the middle right side. I don't know if that is a mint mark or not. This has not been graded and the very good circulated condition is my opinion only. Let me know if I am wrong so that I can correct the listing.
