Offered here is an original 1884 billhead from The Union Manufacturing Company with the blacksmiths Blackman, McCrimmon & Welch added to the title, dealing in Mill and Mining Machinery. Measures 8.50 x 7.0. For goods sold to the Colorado Central Consolidated Mining Company that included ore car wheels. I have seen billheads specific to Blackman, McCrimmon and Welch, all Georgetown Blacksmith and mining supplies companies. Not sure why the Union Manufacturing Company had them in to fill this small order. The CCC Mines were located on Leavenworth Mountain between Georgetown and Silver Plume.
